Jordyn really enjoyed her Letter U this week. We love traveling through the bible and are currently on Moses and the burning bush. We plan to begin Raising Rock Stars Preschool in January. It is a bible curriculum from 1plus1plus1equals1.com and emphasis prewriting, sight words, and more. Jordyn seems to be ready to begin reading and we will start with sight words and then begin "sounding out/stretching out" words. I believe that a whole language approach is the best way to teach a child to read.
We have this peg puzzle set.
Our ABC Letter Basket Puzzles were a hit. We also matched silly bands to them.
Such a good fine motor activity.
